What devices does the Fram Farmers App work on?

The app works on most modern Apple (iOS) and Android smartphones. If you are using an older device or operating system, you may need to update your device software to install the app.

 

Can I use the app if I am not a Fram Farmers member?

Do I need an internet connection to use the app?

Yes. The app requires an internet connection (Wi-Fi or mobile data) to access live information and member services.

 

How do I log in to the Fram Farmers App?

The app uses the same login details as the Members Portal.

If you already have a portal account, simply use those details to log in to the app.

 

There are staff members within my business that need access to the app, what do I need to do to get them on board?

If you are an authorised person on your Fram Farmers Account, and you need someone to have access to the app who does not currently have access to the Members Portal, you will need to contact us. Please email [email protected] with your enquiry and we will get back to you.

 

I’ve forgotten my password. What should I do?

If you’ve forgotten your password, please reset your password in your web browser:

What if I don't have an account on the Members Portal?

If you haven’t created a Members Portal account yet, you will need to register first.

Enter your email address into the sign in box and you will be sent a verification email to set up your password. Once your password is created, you will be able to log in to both the Members Portal and the Fram Farmers App.

Registering didn't recognise my email, how do I get access?

This means we will need to obtain written permission for you to use our online member services from your Fram Farmers account's Authorised Person.

You will need to complete an Access Request Form below:

The app is asking if I want to accept notifications to my device, should I press accept?

We advise you tap accept if you would like to get our push notifications straight to your device. 

 

Can I opt out of notifications?

If you would like to tailor your notification experience, we recommend that you access your notification preferences from the profile icon in the top right of your screen and turn on/off the notifications you would like to receive.

Please note that your preferences are cross-platform. This means that if you opt out of receiving notifications on your Members Portal Account, you will also not receive them from the app and vice versa.

 

I have logged in to the app but can't see my statements, is something wrong?

Don't panic, nothing is wrong. If you wish to review your statements and invoices, please log in to the Members Portal online as the app does not support statements and invoices.

 

The 'Submit a meter reading' button is greyed out, is something wrong?

The button can appear greyed out for the following reasons:

  • The member code you have selected to log into the app with is not being used to put your electricity through. Please switch account using the profile button in the top right and select the correct member code.
  • Your Fram Farmers account(s) does not buy any electricity through Fram Farmers. Speak to our team today to get on our portfolio!

Is the app replacing the Members Portal?

No. The app is designed to complement the Members Portal, providing quick access to key features and notifications.

Some services, such as statements and invoices, remain available only through the Members Portal.
